Questions about a specific project:

Gather this info to send to us: 

  1. The project name
  2. Approximately when you participated in the project or will participate
  3. Your concern about the project. 

Then you can send an email to support@respondent.io

 

Questions about a missing payment:

Before you contact us, please take a look at these questions: 

1. Does your "My Surveys" page show an expected payout date for this project? 

If there is an expected payout date and it hasn't passed yet, the payment is still processing -- You should see it in a few days.

2. If your status is sent, is your PayPal email listed correctly in the account or did you update it recently? 

If it's incorrect or you updated the PayPal email recently, it likely went to the previous email address -- Follow the steps below to contact us and include what the old and new PayPal emails are. 

Gather this info to send to us: 

  1. The project name
  2. Approximately when you participated in the project or will participate
  3. What is your status in the "My accounts" page for this project (it will be sent, attended, scheduled, invited, received, no show, or cancelled). 
  4. Your PayPal email 
  5. Your concern about the payment.

Questions about Referrals: 

Before you contact us, please take a look at these questions: 

1. Does the person you referred meet the requirements of our referral policy? 

You can review the referral policy here. 

2. Did the person you referred use the link you sent them to sign up and signed up in one sitting? 

If they did not use your link or did not finish sign up in one sitting, then they do not register as your referral and we're unable to provide you with the referral payment. 

3. Were they referred to a specific project or to the platform in general? 

Platform referrals are different than project referrals and have different requirements. You can see the requirements here.

  1. Who you referred
  2. Approximately when you referred them
  3. Your concern about the referral.
