My Payment status says sent, why don't I see it in my PayPal?

If your payment status is showing sent but you don't see the money in your PayPal it could be a result of one of the following: 

  • Unclaimed status in PayPal In order to receive this payment you will need to do the following: 

    Please check your inbox for emails from PayPal. Be sure to check your junk
    mail. (Sometimes the email from PayPal gets stuck in there) 

    Once you find it please click it to accept the payment. 

    If you are still having trouble please contact PayPal Customer Support for assistance and they will be able to help you retrieve the payment. 


  • Denied status in PayPal this is because the PayPal email address that was submitted is incorrect, please email support with your working PayPal email and payment will be resubmitted.
