You are able to view the respondents that you have referred to a study by going to your
account dashboard > My Referrals and from there you will see a list of those Respondents that have used your link. There are 2 status types:
1. Signed Up- This means that the respondent has used your link to sign up but has not been invited to participate in the study you referred them to.
2. Payment Sent -This status shows when your referral bonus payment has been sent to PayPal.
All payments are automatically generated to your PayPal account once the researcher has paid the referred respondent and you will receive an email notification from PayPal. If the status shows Payment Sent and you do not see the money in your PayPal account please check your email to see if you have an email from PayPal notifying you that you have an unclaimed payment.
In order to receive this payment you will need to do the following:
Please check your inbox for emails from PayPal. Be sure to check your junk
mail. (Sometimes the email from PayPal gets stuck in there)
Once you find it please click it to accept the payment.
If you are still having trouble please contact PayPal Customer Support for assistance and they will be able to help you retrieve the payment.
Please Note: If you are due to receive payment on a holiday or weekend you will receive payment within 1-2 business days of that date.
