When you are invited to participate in a paid research study by a Researcher, you will receive an SMS and an email.
In your email, there is a link to a calendar. If you are unable to book a time on the calendar two things could be happening:
Some email/browsers strip the link to the calendar. This is beyond the platforms control, but there is a work around. Follow these steps: Log In > My Surveys > Navigate to the study you have been invited to > Book
There is no availability. This could be because of two reasons:
- The study has been filled with qualified candidates. Sometimes researchers invite more candidates than they need to fill a study, to ensure they reach their target number of interviews in a timely manner.
- The Researcher has not updated their calendar settings to reflect their availability.
In both circumstances of no availability on the calendar, it is suggested you contact the reseacher via the 'There is no availability' box in your invitation email.
In unmoderated studies, there is no calendar link. The link you receive in the email is the link to begin participating.
To ensure you secure a spot in the unmoderated research session, it is suggested you begin your participations as soon as possible.
