If you have been invited to participate in a research study and need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so by clicking the 'Reschedule' button that is found at the bottom of your confirmation email or by navigating to your account > My Surveys > Reschedule
If after clicking the 'reschedule' button there are no appointments available, you have two options.
1. Email the researcher directly, and ask if they have any additional availability to accommodate your change or by cancelling the appointment in the reason for cancellation.
2. Cancel your appointment so somebody else can take your position. The 'cancel' button can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email (below the reschedule button) as well as via your account > My surveys > cancel. Please note cancellations are final and can not be undone.
