I have been paid my incentive to the wrong email address

In order to collect your payment, please connect an additional email address to your PayPal account. Details of how this is done, are found here. 

To prevent future payments from the Respondent platform being made to the wrong email address, update your profile to reflect the correct PayPal email address. All future payments will be made to this address.

    I've not received my payment as of yet. Its been since December. I've sent emails about having to change my account due to fraudulent activity, sent the new email address, and follow up emails after support said it was sent. I've even waited the paypal 8day clearing period. Now your support department is ignoring...
